With the exciting addition of the Acrisure Amphitheater, Downtown Grand Rapids will become even more of a destination for entertainment, culture, and unique dining experiences. Finding the right parking solution for your visit is an important piece of the puzzle! The Downtown Market lot, along with the adjacent McConnell city lot, offers almost 500 parking spaces conveniently located half a mile away from the 12,000 seat Amphitheater. Park here, grab a bite, then walk to your destination and leave the parking stress at home.
Where to park
DOWNTOWN MARKET LOT
190 spaces
30 minutes free, $3 per half hour after, $24 max.
On-site parking is available in the Downtown Market lot accessible by gates on Ionia Ave. and Logan Street. Handicap accessible parking spots are designated on the southeast side of the lot.
MCCONNELL LOT
290 spaces
$1 per hour, $10 max.
This city lot is located directly across Ionia Ave. It offers two levels of parking, conveniently-located adjacent to the Market.
TAKE A WALK!
The walking route is very simple! Start at the Downtown Market and head north. Turn left at Cherry Street, go under the 131 bridge and continue west until you reach the amphitheater—it only takes 10-15 minutes (or about 1,200 steps).
